Any product bought from Orriscollections online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state. We will only be accepting those products for exchange/return that either have manufacturing issues, wrong sizes and the shipment of the wrong items.

No extra amount will be charged for the exchange of the same article, however exchange will entirely be dependent on the availability of the article. Exchange with a different article is also possible but the additional cost of the exchange article will be paid by the customer.

 

This policy is applicable to local orders only.

After getting your exchange/return query, your order will be first checked by our relevant team after assessment you will be offered an exchange (depending on the availability of the article)

 

Refund:

We have no policy for refund, however in case of non-availability of the article, or if the received item is in a flawed condition, a coupon of the same amount will be issued which will be availed online only.

 

Order Cancellation 

 

You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.

*Orriscollections reserves this right of cancelling your order for the reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined in payment or the inaccuracy of pricing.

*There will be no return and exchange on sale articles.

For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.
